Rowing Away the Summer

Have you ever wondered how demanding Ivy League sports such as rowing could be? Well, I did. My brother and I signed up for one of many rowing summer camps the Potomac has to offer. We chose the two week TBC Racing rowing camp. Although this was a tough camp, the final result from our finale races were satisfying since my boat and I won 3 of the 4 races against other camps on the Potomac river. Rowing taught me how to work together in sync and be consistent on and off the water. Although this was a great experience to put myself in the shoes of these candidates, its only when you try something that you realize if it’s your cup of tea. Going forward, you will see me in the sky.
